Our Foster Tower and Hawaii Monarch Hotel clients gave us a call with another quick, turnaround airbnb project. Again, it was a full gut renovation of the entire space - nothing from the previous unit remains.

The main directive was to create a modern Japandi space where guests would feel like they were in a luxury hotel. We had to add a kitchen, lighting, create more storage space, a full-length mirror somewhere and completely re-do the entire bathroom. We smoothed out the walls and ceiling, took out the tub and made a shower, placed a floating vanity, selected closet doors that were also full-length mirrors and managed to fit a bench with storage underneath. From start to finish, the whole project took six weeks! We ran into delays, but hustled and got it done!
