Located in the heart of Kailua Town this three bedroom, two bathroom condo was in desperate need of an update. The kitchen was lacking in pizazz and functionality, as well as, having cabinets that were slowly deteriorating. We gave the kitchen a full makeover, leveling out the countertop so that it extended over and added cabinets below for storage. We opened up the wall with floating shelves, and chose a soothing sage green paired with a dusty pink to give it a modern cottage vibe.

We renovated the primary and guest bathroom, flooring, windows/doors, new paint and lighting throughout. The project truly was a refresh from top to bottom.
