  • Discover

    We start with an initial call to discuss your project, ideas, what you’re looking for and how we can make it happen.

  • Concept + Budget

    We decide the overall look/feel of the space based on your given budget and initial design aesthetic.

  • Purchase

    We purchase all items for the rental based on budget and our aesthetic. We handle all the purchasing, shipping and coordination to get your pieces from our trade vendors to your rental.

  • Installation

    We receive all items, inspect, deliver and install them. So, that your guests are ready to check in with everything they need - linens, kitchenware etc.

  • Final Check

    We style, shoot and make sure your rental is ready for guests.

FAQ

  • Yes, we have vacation rental clients that we have done multiple units for and still have never met in person.

    We can work with anyone, anywhere.

  • The minimum budget for vacation rentals is $20k.

    The cost can really vary on what you’re property is needing - renovation, furnishings or both.

    But, we can work with you to define a budget and goals for the space, and build out your project from there.

  • We know that time is money, so we try our best to complete these projects within six weeks or less.

    Which is why it’s also important that we skip the back and forth on design, and just make the design decisions for the property.

  • Almost none. We’ll need access to the unit and funds upfront to get the project done, all while keeping you updated as the timeline progresses.

  • Yes, since it’s a quick turnaround, we handle everything the project needs up until your first guest arrives.
