Our Foster Tower clients gave us a call with another quick, turnaround airbnb project. This time it was a full gut renovation of the entire space - nothing from the previous unit remains.

The main directive was to create a clean, open, modern space where guests would feel like they were in a luxury hotel. We had to add lighting, create a work/desk space, a dining table, place a full-length mirror somewhere and completely re-do the entire bathroom.

We smoothed out the walls and ceiling, re-configured the kitchen to fit a mini fridge and desk space, we took out the tub and made a curb-less shower, placed a floating vanity, selected closet doors that were also full-length mirrors and managed to fit in a collapsible dining table for two. From start to finish, the whole project took four weeks! We hustled and got it done, on time and within budget.
